  I scheduled a surgery for 7:30AM, when I booked it I mentioned the storm that was in full bloom. 'Oh, we will be open' Concerned about making my appointment, I left an 1hr15min early to ensure my safe arrival.. BARNES RD is closed (it is ON Barnes) I go to a Bagel shop. I call them, their answering service informs me no one is in yet (seems reasonable). But nothing about cancellations (they require 48hr notice) I am calling an UBER. When Sunset calls me 18 minutes before my appointment, to let me know there road is closed, and they won't be opening. I recall my conversation with the receptionist, and she says " we had no idea the road would close" HOW COULD YOU NOT KNOW THAT? It's your business to know this, at the bare minimum REALIZE it is YOUR LOCATION and it is NOT APPROPRIATE to schedule on Snow days. "Would you like to reschedule?" Really!?! No, I don't think so. For the future, call/text/email your AM clients and inform them.... They will F@&$ing appreciate it.
