- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was hoping to find out how good Dr. Stapleton is but I have never been scheduled for my procedure after waiting 10 days for the procedure to be authorized, and multiple follow ups calls speaking with the answering machine with no return call whatsoever. And by the way the same procedure was already authorized through a different office where I have been prior! Finally, on a fourth time calling one idiot told me that the request for prior authorization was actually submitted one week after my consultation appointment. Don't waste your time and energy because their insufficient staff will be ignoring you and lying to you until some idiot will sell you the truth about their exceedingly insufficient process that makes no sense.October 18, 2017by Galyna Jensen
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After 8 years of back and hip pain I am pain free. I had the RFA for 6 lumbar nerves. Granted it took many blocks and procedures to reach this point and even the 3 months of discomfort after the RFA it was worth it. Yes, it is a strange situation where you don't deal with the doctor but I found that his nurse was probably more helpful than any visit face to face with the doctor. As for charges, I have paid very little over the past 6 months for all the procedures.February 08, 2017by Nancy Ruleman
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had bilateral faucet injections March 2017. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! First off I was scheduled for some other procedure that I declined. Second, was supposed to be sedated and wasn't. Pain has been level 10 since I had injections. Went to Er to be evaluated, dr Stapleton admitted they didn't give me enough meds to sedate me and even tho I was screaming during each injection, he chose to continue. I call about the pain and what I should do.. I was told he can't do anything, wait til follow up. Would not recommend this place to even my worst enemyFebruary 07, 2017by Jill VanOsdol
