- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The reception is a doll she made me feel welcome and my kids love her. However the Dr was more interested in what my insurance could cover than treating me. When I asked for a referral to something it was stated that "your insurance don't cover it" even though I checked to make sure before even coming in. Also this statement also meant I had no intention to pay. It sucks that that is their priority instead of just doing their job even. Thinking of changing PCP's but the receptionist takes such good cate if my kids while I'm in the exam room not sure if I can find another like her.March 28, 2017by Little Missess
