  My 11year old sister had a new patient exam with Gentle Dental on Lombard and the overall experience was wonderful! Peggy was a great help. She was very professional. She help schedule the appointment and even informed me that she tried to get a hold of my little sister's x-ray, but the previous office didn't email the x-ray over. April and Diane was quick to get her check in. Diane was very welcoming. My sister likes her a lot. Retta the dental assistant was great. She was very professional, and quickly took her x-ray explaining what she was doing. Cecilia did an amazing job with her cleaning. She was very thorough and made sure my sister feels comfortable. Dr. Brown was the dentist who did the exam. He was really nice and smile a lot. He explained his clinical finding and what's needs to be done in a way that non-dental people could understand. Rachel was very helpful, she went out of her way to work with our scheduled and got us scheduled for the filling and the 6month cleaning. Overall experience was fantastic and amazing. The dental office have a great team and amazing teamwork.

  The people who work there are so kind and hardworking. They went the extra mile for me when I had severe tooth pain from having a filling fall out (it was done at a none Gentle Dental establishment.) I would have had to wait over the weekend to get it fixed, but they managed to fit me in at the end of the day, and even stayed after to do the procedure! They also have great prices and financing options, which was nice since I currently do not have insurance. Would definitely recommend!

  The administrative staff, hygienists, and dentists are friendly, and they do a decent job with basic dental work. The downside has been TWICE being scheduled for specific procedures that their branch dental team could NOT assist me with, despite my being very clear about what I needed. That ended up wasting my time and being very frustrating for a busy, working parent. Also, they do try to push sales / upsell customers to get more services, though not aggressively. Still, it gets tiresome. Weighing the good and the bad together, I give them an overall "meh."

  I was a patient here this past week. Their availability is very good. They are open M-F and two Saturdays a month. They have late hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday to 8 pm and open early during the week M-F around 7-730 am. Peggy in the front desk is very fast and does a great job at verifying your insurance. The manger Diane is very pleasant. They have started adding to the team their in order to provide better hours and care. I was greeted by Nou the assistant who promptly took my blood pressure, which was a bit higher than normal because I am typically a bit nervous in the dental chair. She did a great job and was very vocal about trying her best to be gentle while taking xrays. My doctor was Dr. Peter Ma. He is very funny and warm. He does a very thorough job and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with my cleaning and felt it was quite thorough. I don't know what it was like before, but I can say that I am happy with the team here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone and that includes my mom, wife, and kid!!!!
