- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I feel they ripped me off. I was charged $179 to find out I don't have the money to get my tooth pulled. I had a filling done here last year and the doctor did a great job I feel good about, very friendly and helpful. I need a tooth pulled so I go back and the assistant x rays me(I understand that cost money I don't mind paying that) then this new lady comes and tells me she can't do it, I have to get someone else and as I tried to ask questions, she kept trying to run away and avoided what I wanted to ask. I asked on that visit what the cost should be and they told me it's up to the specialist and have an appointment set up for him. I was never informed that visit cost me anything. I go back and I talk to the specialist and he keeps trying to pressure me into spending more money on another tooth that has no problems. They already have me rung up for two teeth being pulled when I came in to specifically have my top back tooth pulled. I call my dad (he was going to help was the original plan) and that falls through so now nothing happened and I'm out $179 for talking to people with a rotting tooth still in my mouth. I understand paying for the x ray but it's theft to charge me for asking to pull my tooth.September 04, 2017by Bob Dylan
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Did the seriously call me today to cancel my appoint For July 3rd so they could have a 4 day weekend??? That is so unprofessional and rude! I will never go back to any Gentle Dental, they don't care about patients! One time they tried to get me to come in earlier then my 330 apt so they could go home early and when I told them no because I was working, they rushed through me like I didn't matter!
