  They always try their best to work with me when it comes to prices. And don't do anything more than what we discussed. And the Vets are also very very gracious and go out of their way to help you.

  This is my third visit. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I was told that the doctor would be back from lunch around 2pm. I came at 2, no ONE ELSE WAS WAITING. And then we waited for 45 minutes with nothing but a temperature check. I could go on but I run the risk of sounding like a whiner. Mediocre service. LITERALLY mediocre. This clinic is MEANT SPECIFICALLY for people who are "Financially not well" . Why do I say that? Because anyone who would put up with this type of MEDIOCRE SERVICE is either broke or a fool. If you have the money and you love your animal like a family member. PAY to take your animal somewhere else.

  The doctor is very terse and does not push 'extra' care (like $5000 knee surgeries for moderate sprains). For some people who would do anything for their pet, I can see this being a turn off, but for myself, and when the animal is close to dying, I can see this being really traumatic on someone. However, for those of us who are more pragmatic about things, this place is great.
