  My experience with State Farm while working with Heather and the Chad Humphrey team has been nothing short of outstanding. When I bought a new car I was shopping around for rates and they had the most competitive rates by a long shot. After discovering how much my fiancé was paying with Farmers, I asked for a quote for his car, and they quoted HALF of what he was paying. I actually referred my mom to them as well and they were able to cut her rates and offer much better coverage. I will refer anyone and everyone to work with Heather; she is thorough and always available to talk and explain all my options, without making me feel pressured into a decision. It feels like talking to a friend instead of an insurance agent. If you’re looking for lower rates and outstanding customer service, go talk to Heather or anyone else from their team!

  My experience with Heather and anyone else working there but currently and especially Alexa has been patient, kind, helpful, professional... did I mention patient? I can be one of those high maintenance customers at times. They always treat me like I'm important and my business matters to them. They always seem genuinely interested I what is in my best interest. Highly recommended!
