- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an awful experience with this provider. I got a ganglion cyst and my PCP referred me to this doctor. I called and made an appointment, fully explaining the reasons for it. A few weeks later I showed up to my appointment. I waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time and then I was taken back to the exam room. Dr. Buehler comes in and without even so much as a greeting, he told me that he doesn't treat ganglion cysts. Okay fine, but it would have been nice if the receptionists or someone along the line of communication would have found some way to communicate this to me as to not waste my time and money. I'm pretty sure they don't care much about their patients. When I called to talk about the bill I received, the lady in the billing department was so rude to me. Since he didn't actually examine me or talk to me, I figured that was that and I couldn't possibly be charged to NOT be seen, right? NOPE. My portion of the bill after insurance was 130 bucks. So this guy got paid to say that he won't treat me without even so much as examining me. He didn't look at my hand or ask me any questions and made hundreds of dollars for a less than 20 second interaction. So dishonest. I advise you go elsewhere.August 04, 2017by Amy Campbell
