  I had a very pleasurable experience the staff was friendly and prompt. I couldn't believe it when I saw the free coffee and tea station as well as had one of the staff passing out snacks and drinks in the waiting room. It was refreshing to see such good customer service.

  Be prepared to WAIT - even if you have an appointment. Be prepared to wait even longer if you don't speak spanish. Spanish speakers were moved to the front of the line. An employee entered incorrect information on the forms for my D.O.T. physical. When I asked them to correct the information one employee after another would try for a while, then admit they didn't know how before passing it off to another employee and asking me to WAIT just a little longer. I had to have my employer call and rattle some cages before I was able to get a corrected copy several days later. I had to explain everything to a rude, obese employee (Givonny - not sure of the spelling after the first five letters because her lapel covered her name tag) who was full of ATTITUDE and claimed there was nothing wrong with the form! Avoid this place if you can.
